Point Zero Two Cents is NOT the Same as Point Zero Two Dollars

I love customer service and sales reps. I really do. I was one for a very long time and I know what kind of bull shit they put up with day in and day out. But when they can’t get that 0.02 cents is not the same as 0.02 dollars, I get very annoyed. Verizon Wireless Reps must have not graduated elementary school. I’m sure grade schoolers could tell me that 0.02 cents is not the same as 0.02 dollars. In fact, if I offered one of them 0.02 dollars and gave them 0.02 cents per donut at a bake sale, they’d probably swarm me.
Well, it looks like Verizon Reps were the kids in Elementary School screwing up the bake sale numbers. Even after multiple calls to customer service in a VERY sad series of videos, the Verizon Reps still could not comprehend the difference. Even after misquoting their rates multiple times, they still didn’t understand! This is just VERY SAD. The reps didn’t get it and they continued to misquote their rates and work out the wrong amount for the customers usage. Over and over it’s like a re-occurring nightmare.
So if I bought 10,000 donuts from you, would you want me to pay in point zero two dollars, or point zero two cents?
