One Big Ass Wallet

Being Media at CES gets you a lot of perks. One of the things that myself and my team enjoy the most are the freebies. I’ve gotten anything from free casino chips to full GPS navigation systems. This year, one of the companies that we work with was passing out wallets.

One Big Wallet

Either my ass shrank…a lot…or this is one of the biggest most useless wallets I’ve ever seen. Not only does it not fit in my back pocket, but it won’t fit in any of my pockets in any of my jackets. I guess they were having a sale at the massive wallet discount wholesaler. Some freebies are best not given at all, especially if you are trying to make a good impression.

Don’t you just love completely useless swag? Who did they think you were, Andre The Giant or something. Just out of curiosity who gave you that wallet?

I know this has nothing to do with wallets, or ces, but what kind of bike do you own? you said you were a roadie in your about page. I too am a cyclist, shaved legs and all, and I dont really stumble upon too many of them online.

Well, my Freeride bike is a Trek Session 77
http://www.stephenfung.net/the-beast-comes-out-of-the-basement/

My roadbike is a Giant TCR (ONCE) Edition with Dura Ace. I haven’t actually ridden my roadbike in quite some time. Been too busy building the business. I do go off road in the Summer quite a bit. I haven’t actually shaved my legs since I quit racing. I think my last full season was nearly 2 years ago.

Yeah, I agree that most riders don’t have a specific interest in techie things. They are quite rare like us ;)

Durable is an understatement. I’ve had that 9 SPD Dura Ace grouppo on there for over 7 years. Raced on it for 4. It actually did time on two seperate bikes. It still shifts fine, but it does miss a shift once in a while, but I think it just needs a bit of a cleaning and some new housing.

Isn´t that a freebie from Corsair? If it´s that, it´s not a wallet, is for putting your travelling documents.

I think it would be a good accompaniment to your attache case or something similar, but definitely not your butt pocket.

Yeah, it must be unfashionable in there when even I can’t model it well :D
