iPhone Greed Backfires

With every huge launch of a highly anticipated product, there are always people looking to capitalize on it. We saw it with the Wii and the PS3, and recently, we saw it with the iPhone. This lady, however, didn’t do her research. She came to clean out the store of all their iPhones with about $16K in hand. She paid $800 for the first spot in line, but when she got inside the store, she got a nasty surprise…
What did the lady get? She got pwned on Fox News for being stupid and not doing her research. Goes to show you that the size of ones bank account does not equal ones level of intelligence. However, based on the way that this lady spends her money, she won’t be rich for very long. The country club would be smart to conveniently forget to renew her membership next year. She’s making the clientelle look bad.

I don’t know what’s stupider, paying someone for their spot to buy an iphone, or buying an iphone. Probably a tie.
haha I’d use an iPhone if someone gave one to me. I’d never buy it myself.
Then again I heard none of the wireless service providers offer it up here in Canada.
Yeah, I’m not really interested in an iPhone either. Too expensive and a bit too big. I’m happy with my WM6 phone
I absolutely love this video! Servers that woman right for trying to scalp an iPhone. She got what she deserved, she tried to profit off of others and she got 0w/\/ed!!
I think it was more an issue that she used her money to buy people and that backfired on her. I have no issues with capitalism. I just have an issue with people who are rich and dumb.
I’ll agree with you on that one!
LOL… awesome, the best part is that it was caught on national TV
AHAHAHAHHAH! Owned.
Sometimes it works. I bought 11 PS3s and made $8,000 a day before the launch.
Ok who carries 16k around with them?
Someone who just left the bank
Lol, that clip is fantastic. I love seeing someone think they are being clever and have it backfire in their face because they overlooked the rules. Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea that she had but she really should have known that it wasn’t going to be possible.
that is one of the most funny things i have seen in a while.
