		<description>I'm not burning fat as well as I used to, so I'm taking more drastic measures.  I've lost 7 lbs and 15.2 total inches throughout my body in the last 3 days.  There's some clothes I want to get back into as well.

Also, when you're lighter, &lt;a href="http://www.stephenfung.net/index.php/dirt-jumping-clinic-succcess/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Dirt Jumping &lt;/a&gt;is a lot easier.</description>

		<description>I can actually run, no problem, normally.  This cleanse is not giving me enough food.  The only solid food that I've eaten are about 10 almonds and 2 hardboilded eggs.  The rest has been over 100 ounces of water and these horrible liquid solutions.

I'd run for a burger and fries right now.  I'm soooo hungry.  I can't wait to have real food again!</description>

I work out a lot. The first few weeks where hard. I only ran on the tread for like 7 mins. And it sucked. You will have no energy and it will make you want to give up. But once you body gets in shape, you will feel great. I try to work out 3 or 4 days a week. I work my arms and chest, then i run on the tread for about 20 mins. It gives me incrediable energy.

Just stick with it man, it will be a pain in the ass at the first. But you will see and feel results in no time. ;)</description>

		<description>After the run today, I don't think this diet affords me the energy to keep running.  I was slogging it today.  Afterwards, my stomach was just burning like I hadn't eaten all day.  I'll check with my coach to see if I can just stick to weights or gym or something.</description>
