Weight Loss Report



Okay, so it’s been just 10 days since I decided to start getting my flab to fab again. I’m happy to report that I’m over that “OH MY GOD! Somebody put me out of my pain” phase and I’m starting to enjoy my workouts. I’ve been trying to get at least a run in every other day, along with dragging my ass up the local mountain on my bike. The weight hasn’t dropped yet as I’m still 180 for the last few days. I do feel my energy levels rising, and if it helps motivate me, I’ll pretend that my clothes feel looser.
