V…V…Vonage!

I’ve been a longtime subscriber to VONAGE, and although it had some major teething problem, I’ve pretty much adopted it as my office line.

I know that SKYPE and other services are out there, but for some reason, knowing that there is a publicly traded company behind it, makes me feel a BIT better. If you need to find a place to feel better about Vonage because your friends seem to be leaving for SKYPE, I stumbled across a site that looks suspiciously “Vonage“, but they claim it is has no affiliation. Personally, I think that it can’t possibly be not affiliated since a publicly traded company typically has team of lawyers that are swimming around in the tank. But who knows. Maybe they’ve decided to embrace criticism and improve their service like a good little company.

The site is divided up into major services areas and discussion on installation and various service plans that are offered. If you’re humming and hawwing about SKYPE, other VOIP services, and Vonage, go check it out and see what some of the users think. I’m sure you’ll hear the bitching and moaning as well as some good so you can make your own choice.
