When I looked at your pictures of Wolfgang’s food, the first thing that struck me was presentation. Those dishes look completely uninspiring, as if you were in TGI Friday’s. Bobby Flay’s food wins just for the presentation; if you hadn’t commented on what it tastes like, I’d rather try Flay’s restaurant just based on the pictures looking more appetizing.

I love calamari so I can appreciate how disappointing it must have been at Puck’s restaurant based on how you described it. It’s amazing how some restaurants slap the fancy name on the front and feel that justifies the outrageous cost.
