This Chevron Sucks…

A few days ago, I mentioned that I got triple charged on a regular gas fill up at the local Chevron. I left all my information, and just wanted someone to call me back to make sure I wasn’t going to be billed $88.32 times three for a $40.01 fill up. Definitely not a small amount of money. It’s not like I got short changed on a chocolate bar or something. Not only did I receive no call back, but when I called them to get them to call me back, they still didn’t call me back. Ridiculous.
Apparently the boss is away on vacation, however all that information was left with the clerks for the supervisor. Well, Boss, your Chevron Town Pantry gas station on St. Johns Street in Port Moody is a service joke. You better come home and fix some attitudes. That’s unacceptable, even if the problem got corrected, seemingly, on its own. What poor service. In fact, I think I’m going to just go out of my way NOT to fill up at your station even though I live near it.
What a mess… It sucks when problems like this happen because of the time wasted trying to get it sorted. Good luck!
I guess that is why they USED to call them SERVICE stations. But no longer.
