The Power of the Asian Squat

This explains so much…

I never realized there was a difference! This would explain my freakish ability to squat more than my body weight without much training. It’s comfortable, more stable, and chicks dig it.  It will be my secret weapon in my quest to become 300 Fit :D

That is HILARIOUS! You see china people squatting EVERYWHERE in china! Last time I went there, while I was waiting for Andrea and her dad to do some shopping, I sat outside the shop, squatting and spitting on the ground. I even picked a giant booger out of my nose!

I was just emulating what a group of men were doing outside another store across the street from me :D

I can’t even touch my toes, the Asian squat is out of the question.

Why is it out of the question? You don’t need flexibility (i don’t think much of it anyway) to do this squat.

When my leg gets better and I can put weight on it, I’m going to see how well I can do it!

How many people got up from their chair and just tried the squat? I know I did.

It wasn’t that easy… for me at least.

The Asian squat wasn’t very helpful when it came time to chop wood!! Boo!
