He apologized for the disconnect with the rep I talked to on Saturday. He took all my info and seemed pretty understanding of the situation, highlighted that I had a freebie on them no matter what, and would work with me to ensure ICBC paid what was necessary of them. It was interesting to note that the he even mentioned that hopefully they get everything fixed to my satisfaction so that they could have me renew with them again. That certainly is different.
