		<description>Well, I was hoping for the two Glowsticks and the Broken Toaster actually.

I don't have anymore info other than what I heard.  Fiber might be likely since the servers seem to still be up while the interruption happened.  We also found out that they do indeed have a call center in Houston as well.  Glad to be up though.  Hope to keep it that way ;)</description>

About backup power... I wonder if they tested. We ran some tests ages ago on a backup generator where I am working and we took the power off line so the UPS would take over and then the generator and guess what... the UPS and generator failed :S It kind of seems frustrating that the backup power we rely on maybe once a year didnt work... but was glad we tested. Weekly tests are now common place.</description>
