I usually point in a random direction without looking up from my screen while surfing when asked where a certain product is or simply stare at them in complete silence until they just leave. In addition, my co-workers (the cool ones) and I like to play certain games with customers which we call "Good Customer Service, Bad Customer Service" and "London Drugs Deathmatch!" and...there are a few others. Maybe I'll write then up one day and post it. Leo's seen me in action. He can attest to everything said here.
