During my last day on the CES Floor,
Michael Kwan and I came across the DLP booth and a HUGE ASS screen powered by two 60,000 lumen professional DLP projectors. But it wasn’t just any screen playing some boring looping action movie. It was setup with Guitar Hero III for the
Xbox 360. After beholding this sight, we just looked at eachother and then the screen and before we know it, we were rocking out to GH3 in bigger than life HD and surround sound. It was like a Guitar Hero Geek’s dream come true!
With a big crowd gathering behind us, we both had a great time shredding the big screen. Unfortunately, the lag from the projectors made getting those crazy riffs on expert way to freaking hard…not that I could get them on expert anyway. The dual 60,000 lumen DLP projectors also gave me a nice glow and probably permanent retina damage.
Expert eh…dang you

There’s so much space between notes…that doesn’t look like expert to me!
That wasn’t expert. We turned it up after Michael and me jumped on. I sucked too badly on expert and had to turn it back to hard.
