New Couches and a Leaky Ceiling…

So I got new couches today!  Been spending most of the morning assembling them.  They look good and really match the place.  Better than those floral pattern hand me downs that I had before.  I also found out that every morning at about the same time, the ceiling leaks.  Upon closer inspection, the water coming out smells like mouth wash which means that one of the adjoining units has a leak in their bathroom sink.  Looks like another bill for drywall repair and maybe a plumber
