Looks good doesn’t it? It tasted just as good! What we have here is a full breast of chicken seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground pepper with a bit of garlic, seared on both sides, then finished in the oven. The bed of greens are steamed spinach. After finishing, the fat in the pan was left where it was, and the chicken was laid on top of the bed of spinach. It is finished with a couple of teaspoons Miso Sesame sauce (I heated it up with a bit of filtered water). Hard to believe, but it is under 600 calories assuming the math works out of course

That looks great. Well maybe without the sauce….
Impressive.
Did you learn to cook by yourself or attend classes or other formal training (I’d really like to cook healthy, apetising recipes and have been wondering whether it’d be good to just pick up a few recipes online or try to take some sort of class)?
Don’t you like the taste of Peanute Butter Bob? It’s a great combination with the spinach and the chicken. Sesame seeds taste like peanut butter when pure’d.

The only training I have is from slaving away in my parents restaurant doing prep work. I only started cooking when I was a bit older (senior high). I wasn’t cooking super healthy stuff back then. I get most of my inspiration and recipes from Food TV.
