Heh, and I missed it all being out east on a road trip. While waiting for my flight in Toronto I saw a CBC news report saying the Stanley Park causeway was closed, so I was all worried about the drive home (I live in North Van). It was fine, but it was wierd coming across Lion's Gate and seeing the north shore with no power. It was blackout from the bridge all the way up the hill on Main Street. My house tho...full power :)

Yea no power can suck. I woke up at about 430am and noticed there were no glow coming from the digital clock.

So I got my butt outa bed, stumbled around for the flashlight so that I could find the candles.

Shaving and showering by candle light was fun. Trees and debris all over the road, my poor little Corolla had to at times drive over fallen trees, ok so they were branches and not trees, but I did see ALOT of fallen trees. SOO MUCH damage around the West Coast (Vancouver and Seatle areas).
