I Hate Vacuum Shopping…

So last night, I went vacuum shopping. After about an hour of looking myself, and with some help, I settled on a Hoover Runabout. I was actually looking at the extremely expensive Bissell with the removable pod, but I figured, after a bit of coaxing, that it was just overkill. Besides, I use this particular model that I purchased at work and it seemed pretty good there, plus we beat the snot out of it so I know it is extremely durable.
The box that I picked up had a bit of damage to it. Everything seemed alright at the time so I didn’t worry about it. Apparently, no assembly required so I’ll be up and “Running About” in no time.
So I get the thing home, and open up the box. As I was carrying from the car though, I noticed that it didn’t sound quite right. Sounded like a box of broken dishes, not that I would know what that sounded like.
Well, looks like something was wrong afterall. After an hour of looking and deciding on this one, I get it home and it is now, “Assembly Required”. Whatever force crushed it must have been substantial becuase when we toss around the vaccum, we aren’t nice in any way with it.
I hate shopping for vacuums! I guess I should have gone with my gut and bought the most powerful one afterall! LOL!

At least a Hoover is reliable! All the really good vaccuums are so pricey!! I’ve heard good things about the Dysan and the Miele. I use some Hoover Windtunnel thing, and I have no complaints!
In house vac sysetm!
