Merry Christmas Everyone! Hope you guys got all the presents that you wished for. Would love to hear what everyone else got. I’ve told people to never buy me anything electronic. So this year I got a cool bathrobe and some funky plaid pyjama bottoms. I also got a bunch of clothes. I think the bathrobe and the pyjama bottoms will get the most wear. As a dot com guy, I rarely have to leave the house to do my work so this was by far my most favourite present. I also got a bunch of knick knacks and doo dads that should come in handy around the house.
John Chow blog tagged me the other day. I guess it’s my turn to tag back. A blog tag is basically a game where someone starts a blog post and tags a few other people on their blog roll to do the same, customizing the post to themselves. In this case, John’s post was about five little known things about himself. This means, I owe you guys five things about me that you didn’t know. Here we go!
1. I was a band geek all throughout school. I played the Alto and Bari Saxophone. I didn’t go to band camp unfortunately.
2. I have a very short attention span. If I look like I’m paying attention to you, I either am, or I’m totally not. I’ve just gotten so good at faking it that I even fool myself sometimes. If you’re not sure, quiz me at the end.
3. The first time I got totally hammered was at the age of 14. I was at a World Cup Mountain Bike Race at Silverstar Mountain. During downhill training practice, I didn’t make it down to the chairlift. One of the grips on my bike came lose and slipped off when I hit a dip. I crashed hard into a rock, cut up my face, and sprained my wrist. My bike was totalled. Later that night, my friends snuck me into the saloon and got me completely hammered on something called a Prairie Fire (Tobasco Sauce and Tequila). The nurse that patched me up earlier in the day saw me and commented on my underageness. Instead of busting me she gave me a huge Kiss. She was hot. I can’t remember how many drinks I had, but I still had enough sense to puke OUTSIDE the tent instead of inside. Obviously it didn’t turn me off alchohol as there have been several more incidents since then.
4. I hate the beach because I don’t like getting sand in my shoes and I hate swimming.
5. I love potatoes. It doesn’t matter how they’ve been prepared. I’ll eat them anyway I can get them. I even sort of like them raw.
Okay, so not really that interesting, or maybe I’m just holding back. Anyway, Tyler, Alex, Clay…consider yourselves TAGGED!
Happy Holidays!

The only thing I didn’t know from that list was #2 and #4. WTH!
You mean you want more?? :O
