Gee, That Was Quick…

So I was expecting to be in this big line to pick up my Chinese VISA. I walk in hoping for the worst, and low and behold, I was out in 30 seconds. John wasn’t so lucky. He walked in 15 minutes later, and the VISA chicks took off for lunch on him. They must have seen him coming! To add insult to injury, they took a super long lunch break.

Afterwards, we headed down to Penomh Penh (sp?) for some South East Asian cuisine. We ordered a dry rice noodle dish, and their exotic hot and sour soup. It was delish! We also ordered a dessert we nicknamed “The Carl” in honour of Carl. Why did we call it this? Because it was a white coconut ice cream on the inside and a yellow mango ice cream on the inside. Carl is the most “Honger” white guy I know. He’s so Chinese, he helps John with his Cantonese. LOL!
