Frickin’ Snowstorm…

So right now, I’m looking out my window and have finally noticed that my city is covered in snow. I’m in real shit right now. I live on the top of a hill, and my Subaru still has its Summer sneakers on. The Winter tires are in the basement somewhere. I guess I better yank them out and head down to the tire shop and have them swapped over and balanced. The question is, will I be able to make it down my hill under power, or sliding uncontrollably to the bottom. I guess if the Impreza can putt around in the snow on crappy and almost totally worn OEM Bridgestone All Season RE92 tires, then some not so bald Summer tires should be a bit of an improvement. Plus, I have a manual tranny and the beauty of All Wheel Drive on my side. Once I get the Snow Tires on, bring it!

I wouldn’t say it was a snow storm. It’s only a few centimeters. Look at other parts of the country where they are shoveling a few feet of snow from their drives!
Though it does amaze me how Vancouver shuts down then the flurries hit
