Found that leak…

Well, found out where the leak was coming from. It wasn’t the upstairs neighbour. It was the one beside me. Looks like their bathroom sink has some leaky action. It’s kinda funny to see water spray out of your ceiling at regular intervals during the day. Looking forward to some plumber action on Saturday.

Went to the KEG tonight (err, yesterday now I guess) with John. Had some weird Prime Rib Oscar thing. It was really good, and boy was it filling. We talked about site stuff and how to squeeze more cash out of them. Also talked about my plans to retire to full Internet Mogul status with my impending leaving of my day job. Technically only 2 months left, but I did promise that I’d leave when business was in order. The “Leave of Absence” card was raised again, but that just gives you a way out. Will have to think about that as zero hour comes closer. I’m not afraid anymore. We ran some numbers, did some figuring, and there is no way I’d starve. I can only make more money, and have more time for myself in the process, doing what I am passionate about.

LaptopLifestyle is doing well so far. More than paying for itself now and traffic is growing. Not too bad for a site that started less than a month ago. It even hit 5000 page views in one day in the last week. This is most encouraging!
