All Right! Now we’re back to asking the “Chef,” “What is this?” And having him laugh and answer,”Mon, You don’t want to know! Just eat it, You’ll like it! Trust me!” lol! Stephen, you ought to have enough French, considering where you live, to travel down to Lafayette, La. This summer and then go South to “The end of the highway,” and be able to talk to those awesome people! I love Cajuns! Be sure to get there when they’re having a party, (They don’t need much of an excuse!) and Buckwheat Zydeco’s in concert playing his accordian. Eat their cusine and make a video. AIEEE! lol!! Gabe
