That’s right! I’m back with another stupid kitchen video. This time, I’m making a ham and cheese omelette. The onions might look familiar as they were prepared in
Dot Com Kitchen Episode One. I actually did all of this in the same day, but didn’t get around to making a video till now. Unfortunately, the exhaust fan is real loud so it’s hard to hear me. Note to self: Buy a mic and stick it to my collar next time. I’m also going to have to find some different or more creative camera angles because, like last time, it is hard to see what I’m doing. I might have to dangle the camera from the ceiling or something.
Got any ideas for Episode Three guys? A roast? Huevos Rancheros?
I personally prefer to have the ingredients mixed in with the egg rather than the “folded” style.
Those just sort of happen when you overcook your scramble eggs
I do it a little in between. I cook the eggs halfway (like before Stephen put the lid on), add the filling and then fold and then cook all the way through. That way all the filling doesn’t fall out when you slice through.
That and I grate cheese on top of the eggs while they’re cooking.
Now I am hungry.
You should have taken a bite.
All cooking shows have someone eat a bite.
Next time
Looks good…you’re having too much fun making these vids. Next up should be flied lice!!
I’ll put that on “The List”…
dam that video makes me hungry
Why don’t you get someone else to hold the camera for you? It’s going to be difficult changing positions all the time. You are cooking after all. And while you’re busy adjusting shots, your food might already be burning. I wish I had the time to document myself in the kitchen, too. I can’t really cook but it should be a fun video experience.
