So what do you get when you mount a Train (yes, as in Choo Choo) Horn in a car and drive around town honking at people…
Apparently, you get a whole bunch of people scared shitless 
That’s so evil 
Only someone as childish as you would find that funny!
Well, it does take one to know one. Let me enter into evidence…
-Tipping Scooters in Taiwan
-Throwing garbage at scooter drivers
…and most famously…
-Throwing rocks at Pandas

Oh man, that is so damn funny! Instantly I was wondering how I could get one of those installed in my car as I am sure that would provide countless hours of humor while driving around town.

In lot of countries, no one would even turn around and notice.
Well I am from India and many losers install such horns in their motorbikes and cars. It does get annoying. While honking is very integral part of Indian driving, and is very much taken for granted, this type of ‘attention grabbers’ do become pain in the butt. All the time.
OK, although I did find that funny, I would be one of those people that would throw whatever I had in my hand at the car that just did that
I think they cut that part out to make them look cooler in the video
