I love free stuff. Now it’s time to share it!
I’ve been working on this giveaway for a couple weeks now, getting a hold of enough product to last through 8 CRAZY weeks of giveaways. Each week, Futurelooks will be giving away at least two prizes starting on October 15th. All you have to do is complete my task of the week to qualify for an entry. Don’t worry. It’s easy stuff. If you thought the Halo 3 Contest was good, wait till you take a look at this prize spread.
The contest is in celebration of Futurelooks‘ recent facelift to both the main site and the forums. There was also a lot of work done to the backend that has made things so much easier for the crew. Special thanks to Ewdi for hooking me up with the major upgrades. So if you want to win some free gear, keep your eyes peeled this Monday for the first task. But in the meantime, you can drool over the prizes.
On another note, I had a chance to check out the World Cyber Games Grand Final in Seattle this past weekend. Without giving away too many details from my next post, it’s everything you ever wanted as an adolescent addicted to video games and more.

So do we have a Toys R’us botched BIOSHOCK release again? Or is it as serious as the Harry Potter early sale incident at Superstore in Canada? Well, it’s actually neither, but it doesn’t mean it’s fair!
Will Little Johnny Stock Boy Get Fired?
I made a B-line to the games section to see what I could grab for my Xbox 360, when I noticed a stack of Xbox 360 Halo 3 Editions on the floor. Remembering back to the Xbox Canada Press Release, I recalled that the system was not to launch in Canada till the Master Chief returns on September 25th. It looks like the US got the system early. Actually, they got it nine days early on September 16th. To add insult to injury, sitting right beside these systems was the HDMI enabled version of the Xbox 360 Premium that replaces the component video version. Their dollar may suck, but the states gets all the cool stuff first!
