		<description>As an afterthought, There  are folks here in LA  (Lower Alabama,Everything South and East of the Pea River) that eat  all sort of interesting things.Like Possum, Armadillo,Goat,Raccoon, Carp,Snakes,Pig Brains and intestines. A friend of mine, Who was retired from Special Forces, Used to call it &quot;Alternative Food!&quot; You could drop some of these folks, and most Cajuns, Anywhere on Earth and they&#039;re going to eat well. It might not be pretty, But........!</description>
