I always do because it's been the law since I was about 5 or so, so it's just normal to me. However, I know people who do not so they can make a point that they wont be told what to do. Stupid huh! I definately like how they are doing commericals for these kind of things. It's more of a <strong>In Your Face </strong>and showing the grusome situations that can happen. The various Drinking and Driving commericals too are becoming more like this. Why dress up serious issues like this, I like the bluntness and straight-to-the-point ideas they are coming up with. I just have to say OUCH!
