So Who is Stephen Fung?

That’s a great question! One that I’ll try to answer. Born in Nanaimo, BC Canada, this Stephen Fung is not that “Other Guy”: That Cantopop Superstar that makes cheesy Kung Fu movies. In fact, I’m much taller and definitely better looking. I’m the founder and Co-Owner of Futurelooks.com, one of the web’s largest independepnt webzines devoted to all things “Digital Lifestyle” and “Techie”.

In addition to running my successful website, I’m also an avid freeride mountain biker and a roadie as shown by my wearing of the “Maillot Jaune” in a successful tour down to a Nike Store in Oregon (By Car of course! Shopping!). I used to work for one of the world’s strangest concepts in retail: A Drug Store that sells Home Theatre, Computers, Digital Camera’s and Electronics. Some said in the past that the person that thought of this MUST have been ON drugs. Well, whatever drugs he was on has grown into one of Canada’s most successful retail concepts.

As the world toils with the unending rat race, I’m running my own race. Though some would say that I’m still working, I could say I’m retired because I’m doing what I want to do, on my own terms, in my own time, without really worrying about a whole lot. I play with and write about some of the coolest tech toys and end up at some of the best parties. If this isn’t what retiring is about, I don’t know what is. I heard the term “Life Shift” used, but I like the sound of “Retired” better
